I provide Individual and Team Coaching for student-athletes, coaches and parents that provides a multifaceted approach to improving mental resilience and maximizing performance on and off the field.  I provide tailored strategies to enhance focus, manage stress and optimize mental fortitude during high-pressure competitions.

Sessions also include exercises to maximize competitiveness in practice while ensuring an environment that’s conducive to team growth and overall improved mental toughness. Keynote Events

Keynote speaking events can be tailored to a specific audience but generally include how mental fitness training is emerging as a pivotal aspect of sports -impacting both athletes and coaches (as well as parents).  Most speeches are collaborative in nature and center around enhancing mental resilience and how to coach “your inner coach” to create balance in your sports career. I focus on strategies to fortify athletes’ mental resilience offering techniques to navigate stress, overcome setbacks and maintain focus during high-pressure situations.  I also discuss ways to equip athletes with the tools they need to enhance their psychological well-being and maintain their love of their sport.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Coach Martindale’s guidance. When I first met her, I felt as if I was done playing the sport that I loved for over 18+years.  I was not motivated to improve and showing up to the rink felt like a job. I was very skeptical of mental fitness coaching initially, but only after a couple sessions, my mentality towards hockey totally changed. I was motivated more than ever to get better, I wanted to be at the rink. Meeting with Linda gave me my confidence back and ultimately, I fell back in love with the game. She has the unique ability to listen and help you, but at the same time encourage you to suck it up and challenge yourself. Before meeting Linda, I was set on hanging up the skates after my senior college season and now I am continuing to play after college at the professional level. I can confidently say that without Linda’s coaching I would not have had the same success.
